Clavicula 0 Posted November 8, 2005 4pdateMy first post! Hello to all in this really nice forum with a lot of impressions! I'm from the southest part of Germany near Switzerland and France. In the last weeks i was close to sell my little Corrado... Some friends convinced me to think a second time. Base was a stock 1993 Corrado VR6 "Exclusive" with really poor specs: -cloth "Rebell" interior -power windows -extra instruments -power sunroof -alarm unit I added a lot of goodies. Like -tan interior -passat glass sunroof -cruise control -a SLC bumper with headlight washers -KW Var3 -Audi TT 7,5x17 ET 32 rims -Dunlop SP 9000 215/35 Some months later u was bored of the Audi TT rims and i searched for the legendary BBS RS 301. After a some strange ways i was lucky owner of some unused BBS RS 301. But this wasn't the end of line. It was Summer 2003 when my little Co was parted... I was upset of the standard eqipment so i decide to ugrade it a bit with -full working climatronic from Passat 35i B4 -cruise control -automatic seatbelts -3rd brakelight -Xenon HID with DE-Projectors and french headlights -red tinted US rearlights -..... But the full specs are nothing. Pics tell the hate-love story better... Here some pics of the beginning and the first steps:

ToffeeRado 0 Posted November 8, 2005 :shocked!: Recaro A8's I dream of owning a pair one day. Your interior is also incredible I was thinkin about getting my stock steering wheel recovered like that but than changed my mind. a SLC bumper with washing unit : SLC you mean american corrado bumper? American corrado's never had washers on them but the canadian ones did they weren't SLC's though.
Supercharged 2 Posted November 8, 2005 Welcome to the Forum and nice work!! What exactly is the 'Exclusiv' - I see it mentioned in the parts catalogue but was not sure what the spec is?
24V Renshaw 0 Posted November 8, 2005 Nice looking motor there mate. Any more pics of your mods as there is some damn good work going on there. Jay
Clavicula 0 Posted November 8, 2005 i mean the Canadian bumper with the sidemarkers. I know the North American Corrado never got that extra. The exclusive was only available in Germany modelyear 1993. I can send you the full catalogue but nothing really special but the paint with LC4U violett touch perleffect. Anyway i'll decide the new paintjob in the next few months i think about real dark mokka metallic or something other. But in every case there will be some more mods matching with the rest of the car. The engine is another far chapter. But a turbo is the part of my choice but not sure if 4 or 6cylindre. Every step must be well planned...

A20 LEE 0 Posted November 8, 2005 Here some pics of the beginning and the first steps: Looks like a seriously good project in the making. Amused by the fact you think the std recaro's are crabby, most on here would kill for a pair and that body colour is bloody awesome. If you do change the colour i'd say stick to a warm colour with that interior but judging by the mods you've done so far you need no advise from me. Keep the pics coming!! billinjah 0 Posted November 8, 2005 did you sell the a8's recently?
Clavicula 0 Posted November 8, 2005 I'm sure somebody would anyway kill me if he know that i had to part out 2 other sets of Recaros for my last set. The A8s are like Frankenstein... completed with stock parts electric up and down, motorized back and heated from the OEM Recaros:) Some time ago i want to give up everything. But nobody want these parts. Maybe to crappy for others...of course i designed them all for my little C

Clavicula 0 Posted November 9, 2005 @billinjahg60: Of course the A8s are full heated like the OEM-Recaros...but with some mods;) @Bally: I'm from the area around Basel/Switzerland. But on the German side...the town Lörrach next to the border...
