what models have the C's headlight switch...

I have a leter model 1992 C.

are there any other cars that have the C's headlight switch i could use to see if my problems are related to the switch? I've heard the MK2 golf has the same, is this true?

The Rado shares a few parts with the goof.... not sure on this one particularly though.

 

What exactly is the problem though :?: maybe somebody here has alreasy had it before.

this is the problem but no one has really helped me, im going to be taking the dash out to check for hacked wires, but someone sugested try the switch..

take the switch out, if it starts with a 535 or 536 its a corrado only part.

 

535 is lhd or a common part

536 is rhd only iirc

Best bet is to get along to a meet and borrow one for a few minutes ;)

 

I think the partnumber is 535 941 531

 

The mk2 switch looks too new.... so I doubt it'll fit. Have you got a picture of the pinouts on the back :?:

my mate who lives at where i work as a mk2 golf, sat doonig nothing, think ill 'borrow' his see if it works!

im sure i read somewhere that a seat toledo switch is very similar to the corrado one

im sure that my mk3 polo had the same headlight switch, i know that it shares the same foglight switch.
