andy 0 Posted July 4, 2006 Mk means mark. Basically the same as version, i.e Mk1 Golf was early/mid 1980s, Mk2 Golf was mid 1980s to early 1990s. Mk5 Golf is the recent one , Mk6 will be out soon. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
