Fitting a front mounted cooler wont be as hard as a VR6,but still some fabrication/cutting will be needed.

Don't go over the top in cooler size or you will loose to much boost pressure trying to pressurize a large space and you will loose BHP.

Use this company for good cheep new coolers, they work well.

There are a few kits on the market as most of the g60 tuners supply there own version on a front mount intercooler kit. We have chosen to keep our kit very close in design to the golf rallye style cooler to retain ease of fitting without having to cut the bodywork in order to fit.

All of the available kits seem very well made.

does anybody have the dimensions of a rallye intercooler then ?? ive just found a really cool guy who races fords for a living and is currenctly in the process of tuning up a DB7!! farbricates all his own parts in the workshop, and has polishing facilities too, think im going to be spending a lot of money here, so wanted to see if he can fit me up with a nice intercooler and some other bits....
