mrbeige 0 Posted October 16, 2006 Can anyone tell me where the lambda probe wiring actually goes on a 2.0l 16v? I guess directly to the ECU? Is there anything I should know before trying to do this job, like any particular method of doing it, or is it as simple as feeding the new probe down from the ECU to where it is monuted in the exhaust? Niges16V 0 Posted October 16, 2006 no no no, there's a little plug for it down the back left side of the engine on a little bracket. The sensor has a cable of apprx 35cm which is just enough to get away from the heat.

CazzaVR 0 Posted October 16, 2006 Yeh, it's on top of the rear mount. Think it's the same on all models?
