Mike Edwards 0 Posted October 11, 2003 Fit a TT engine and running gear in the 16v? The price is good...
G60 0 Posted October 11, 2003 ya ya do it!!! 225hp flavour please. stick the quattro on while you're at it!!
jims corrado 0 Posted October 11, 2003 it seems a shame to ruin a perfectly good 16v, why not sell the 16v to someone just starting their very own corrado love affair and resurrect a poorly/broken G60 or something. just a thought jim
G60 0 Posted October 11, 2003 why ruin? its a straight swap is it not? you could always swap the old 16v back in but i doubt after you have the 20vt in there that you'd want to do that. jim's right tho.. if you have the cash for an old beater corrado might want to bring it back to life with the TT engine. Jim 2 Posted October 11, 2003 Heh.. that would bring Mikes Corrado tally up to 4. A tad excessive possibly ;)
Mike Edwards 0 Posted October 11, 2003 The 16v was an "old beater" Corrado. It now has Koni T/A coilovers, Brembo 4-pots, genuine German market half-leather interior, 17" wheels and.... 154 bhp. The question is more - "what next???"
VR6 0 Posted October 12, 2003 Go with the power transplant then. Make sure you leave the 16v badges on though ;)

Joe M 0 Posted October 12, 2003 I say go for it, and in the unlikely event you want to sell your schrick manifold to help fund it give me a shout.
