injector permenantly open, Possible ECU fault????????

Number 5 injector is open constantly and pouring too much petrol into the cylinder. The injector is Ok. They appear to work with a constant 12volt supply and a switched earth (presumably through the ecu) all other injectors are around 60 ohms to earth with ignition on but number 5 injector is around 6 ohms.

all are infinate when ignition is off, suggesting its not a wiring fault.

Is this my ecu?

can they be repaired?

If not where can i buy one and how much are they?

is that the blue one? if so mine hasn't been active for at least the last year. its the cold start thing.... on my 2.0 16v anyway... mine has the plug disconnected and the car runs fine without it

Yeah - sounds like a VR so it's sequential injection... have you swapped it with another cyl?
