dnac 0 Posted January 6, 2007 I am doing the head gasket on my Valver, but one of the injectors is stuck fast. Before I start hitting it harder and messing something up, does anyone have any sugestions on how to remove it please?
flusted 0 Posted January 6, 2007 I normally take them out when the engines hot but guess youve already got it in bits so it wont run? Just yank on the bugger
johnnyfication 0 Posted January 6, 2007 as flusted, said it will come out eventually

johnnyfication 0 Posted January 6, 2007 spray some wd40 onto the injector seal and leave for a while re-spray and then try yanking again. the wd40 will lube the seal although it may take a few apps and poss a few hours to soak into the seal dependant on how dry it is. Good luck mate
Toad 0 Posted January 6, 2007 you don't need to take the injectors out..... Just undo the pipe to it and remove the bottom half of the inlet manifold, when the head is off.
