daves16v 1 Posted February 13, 2007 Hate to spoil your fun but I knew someone with PI springs on their VR and they hated them but as we all know suspension is a matter of opinion.

Crasher 3 Posted February 19, 2007 Eibach springs and Weitec 40-mm shortened dampers is about the most comfortable you will find and even that can be too much. The Spax TA's will drive you mad they are so hard. G-Max used to be a very comfortable kit but I haven’t used them fore a while.

A corrado with Eibach springs was properly the worst riding C I have been in. 2cc has Koni TAs and PI springs on his car and I think it is one of the best riding C's I have ever been in. Mind you Koni TAs and H&R springs are a great combo on a VR too.
KADVR6 0 Posted February 19, 2007 cheers for that guys, but what i really want to know is, will 16v shocks be ok on a vr6, as long as i use vr springs?? cheers karl

Koni supply a range of dampers for the Corrado but they do specify the same set of dampers as an option for both VRs and 16v/G60s. I would stick them on and see what its like, the problem comes in trying to get a good match for spring/damping combo without one being dominante and destroying the ride or handling.
