kongo127 0 Posted June 1, 2007 I know this subject has been covered several times before, but i guess that´s our posts who keep the forum alive, otherway this would seem like an ordinary library... :) So i took this morning to give some good threatment to my 1992 Jet, i ended up by setiing the CO value. I don´t own a wideband, neither know anyone who does. :( I wonder if somebody can tell me which % of C0 is measured when the car is properly set-up at stoichometric point 14,7:1 All cars are diferent, but i guess that there´s a nominal value? 8) By the way, i strongly suggest all G60 owners to check up their lambda´s millage, check igniton timing and CO. I did this today and the car runs much better! :D At the first time i thought that it was only my imagination... LoL But then i realised that even the exhaust sound is different! I love G60´s!!! :D Cheers,
steveo29 0 Posted June 1, 2007 mine was about 0.25 on the c/o meter with the wideband showing the correct reading and the c/o pot at 450ohms
kongo127 0 Posted June 2, 2007 Hi Steve! Quality and useful information you left there! :) I guess that´s a good start, apart from not having a wideband. But... 0.25% CO seems very low... Maybe you meant 2.5%??? I´m running with a cat, where in the exhaust pipes did you get that reading?
steveo29 0 Posted June 2, 2007 i have no cat...and im sure it 0.25 c/o (not saying its right mind you) pitstop told me not to worry too much what the tailpipe said as long as it passes mot...just make sure c/o pot is 450 ohms
