JayGT 0 Posted July 30, 2007 I never understood why my black and grey half leather recaro's have blue recaro logo's on them :? As such I fancy replacing them with these....4f_1_b.jpg[/attachment:0fefa] Anyone know if I'll damage my seats pushing these in? Also can someone do a quick measurement of the Recaro logo on Corrado seats as my car is still at the Phirm :( Been advised that these are 75mm by 15mm and want to make sure they'll cover up the out of place logo on my seats! dinkus 10 Posted July 30, 2007 The only logo on the standard Corrado Recaros is either embroidered as per the cloth seats, or indented into the leather.
JayGT 0 Posted July 30, 2007 Yeah I know but a blue logo on my Grey/Black seats just looks wrong to me :D . Just wanna know if i can pin/stick these over the embroidery on my cloth?
chimo 0 Posted July 31, 2007 anything's possible, If I were you I'd just go and fine a fine sharpy and make em black. I did this with my Mk2 and it turned out fine and didn't run. Corrado recaro logos were usually more or less color matched to the original car, this is likely why your seats have odd coloring.
JayGT 0 Posted July 31, 2007 Might give that a go! If it looks poop then i'll just get these, cut the pins off and stick em on

Early cloth Recarros had a blue or red logo depending on what colour the seats were, later ones the same rules apply; seat colour affects logo colour. Corrados never had Recarros with exterior colour matched embroided logos.

JayGT 0 Posted August 1, 2007 Cheers mate i know that these badges are 75mm x 15mm. I need to know the dimensions of the embroidered logo on the original Corrado Recaros so i'll know whether these will cover that. Cheers

Could have sworn they were... maybe a strange Canadian thing or more likely just variations on the thread or sunfade...

Maybe it is a Canadian thing, UK spec cars only had very limited cloth recarro options.
