Help RE wireing Door cards Vr6-16v

I'm changing my 92' 16v door cards to the later VR6 ones

 

Could anyone help please, I recently got VR door cards with JBL speakers in hence me buying them, I've done the passenger side no probs, but i'm now stuck with the electric windows wires.

Could anyone help? firstly is it possible

Yep, it's possible and has been covered before (about 15 articles down the list - the locked one about "late switches into and earlier interior" for example).
