andygal 0 Posted September 20, 2007 Hey, little problem wih my C. When i start it from cold, it stalls immediatley. You have to give it some gas for around 15seconds then its fine. Any ideas what could be wrong?? Only fault with vagcom is coolant temp sensor short to earth which there is. A wire has been tapped into the earth on the sensor and straight to the battery (i presume the wire is broken down the line in the origional loom). CrazyDave 0 Posted September 21, 2007 Hi Andy, Can't help you much without knowing the engine you've got and how old the car is etc. Sounds like the temp sensor though, ECU will assume 75~ temp if the sensor fails, vag com says it's failed so looks like wiring or sensor or both.
