G60 16v conversion or how to get 250bhp ish

Hi all whats involved and is there anyone who does a full kit or conversion ? any ideas on prices and pros and cons from doing this mod along with r1 stage charger and other basic mods looking to tune a g60 to 250ish bhp if poss and need to know whats needed for safe reliable power

Also guys how much am i expected to pay for big valve head ?

There is talk of the Gwerks CNC heads hitting 250bhp with a ported charger running smaller pullies but still not seen a graph to prove it, i think Darrens CNC big valve works out around £1400ish may be more though.

standard 1.8 16vg60 was 210bhp. think you can get the conversion kits from states for about £600 but its defo not straight forward, im building a 16v/g60 at the moment
