joebrent 0 Posted December 5, 2003 what would a k and n panel filter actually do for a 1.8 16v? i wanted to get an induction kit but was told the only people who do em are strove(spelling) motorsport, are the k and n panel filters universal??
CaiosG60 PWR 0 Posted December 5, 2003 Ben remeber to pull that flute like air feed thing out of the airbox as well for improved flow!
ben16v 0 Posted December 10, 2003 sorry to come back again so late but only just tried it in the missus` car and i`m getting exactly the same problem-the filter is too long!!! the code on the box and the end of the filter is 33-2032! if anyone`s got one lying about ( or can be bothered to go and check theirs ) it would be much appriciated as it dead annoying! cheers
MikeVR6 0 Posted December 10, 2003 Sounds like you've definately got the wrong one. Give C&R Enterprises a call and ask them to verify the code on it. http://www.candrenterprises.co.uk 0115 978 5740 Once you've got one that fits, drill the Airbox for maximum effect. 8)
