speedysmartypants 0 Posted July 30, 2008 i'm in the process of rebuilding a vr6 engine. ive got sum arp bolts. am i correct in thinking these should be torqued to about 75-80nm? is there a specific pattern for doing them up or do i just work from the outside in. also ive got sum arp rod bolts was wondering what the torque settings for these are too. many thanks
easypops 8 Posted July 30, 2008 Here are the torques according to autodata.....not sure of correct sequence's but i'd work from the middle out, opposing sides etc ......Someone with real knowledge will be along soon i'm sure :D
Toad 0 Posted July 30, 2008 Use the search, or just browse the engine bay section, it's been covered before.
