coullstar 0 Posted December 13, 2008 Ive got some Koni TA's & H&R springs for my VR and might be fitting them tomorrow. What Im wondering is what is the best setting for a fast road driving on reasonably bumpy roads? Also the rear plate circlip is on the middle groove, should I move this? Toad 0 Posted December 13, 2008 I've not fitted mine yet, so I haven't a clue on settings. But you can move the circlip depending on how high you want the rear of the car.
coullstar 0 Posted December 13, 2008 Yeah I know, just wondered if someone had fitted the same combo and had to change the rear.

coullstar 0 Posted December 19, 2008 Anyone know know about the rear spring plate position as I should be doing them tomorrow?
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted December 19, 2008 5 circlip slots on the rear dampers from memory, you want the 3rd one up from bottom with the H&R (green I assume) springs. Perhaps make the offside 4th up from bottom to level off the natural tilt to the right due to the engine block weight. That's what I did anyway and it worked well. Damper settings I found best for all conditions:- Front, 1.5 turns from soft Rear 0.5 turns from soft Try that and see how you get on
