vr6storm is highest bidder i see............personally i thinks he is being gready..... you already have storm badges!!!!

 

its just to save some "dodger" :wink: from passing off their C VR6 as a storm when it ain't.........seriously though........its all for insurance purposes :wink:

i would buy them if they were £20 or £30 cause then my car would look exactly like a storm..... but £70 isnt worth it IMO....just stick with me corrado badge

My mate reckons some twonk paid £300 for a polished VR6 inlet manifold on there a few weeks ago!!
i was looking at that one,after £60 i lost interest...lol

its worth putting most things on eBay unless you know exactly what you want for it..

 

the alloy wheels i was selling went for £150 when i was only expecting £50-£100

 

an old fishing box i was given went for £80!!!

 

these badges will probably go for £80-£100 and then be kept in the wrapping by who ever buys them....have you seen the other stuff the guy is selling? price lists for storm extras, sales brochures, press photos..etc

 

is he on the forum?

well i got hold of some original storm badges and they went for £140

 

it amazed me especial how much the americans are willing to pay for euro stuff

I sold a (sent free to me by those lovely VW marketing people) VW Phaeton W12 promotional book (brochure really) on ebay to someone in the states for £12 - they love it :D :shock: nice bit of beer money...

Talking about Ebay,

Earlier this year I found some local games shops selling the xbox game 'Steel Battalion' for £130 each.

Four auctions later and each one made at least £100. One sold for £275!

Someone sold a "brand new" VR6 headlight switch - it went for £47 + P+P. Not bad. You could buy them from GPC, then sell them on ebay. £9 profit each time isn't bad at all!

I bought that rather rare game and managed to play it for three months then sell it and make a 100quid on it. Only reason it done/does so well is cause Capcom only imported a few thousand.

mad!!!!............and i thought i was being mad by preparing to bid up as far as £60!!! :shock: ...........still it is a major finishing touch to any badgeless storm
