Critical_Mass 10 Posted July 13, 2009 You havent by any chance been adjusting the coilovers? Lowering or raising the coilovers will knock the geometry out. Or maybe one of the cheapy coilovers is leaking and sagging
rookierod 0 Posted July 13, 2009 na havent touched them and hight each side is same, even if couple mm out still and gonna give me half inch between front wheels,

davidwort 0 Posted July 15, 2009 camber should only be adjusted by the two bolts that hold the susp leg to the hub, the bottom ball joint will probably affect camber, but is not the way to adjust camber. It's possible they have been replaced and not properly aligned in the end of the wishbone, or even that you have bent wishbones? would be good to see some pics of the camber/ball joints and ride height dodgy wishbone bushes or top mounts would also affect camber. StuartFZR400 0 Posted July 21, 2009 Most likely your cheapo's were put on by DIY div, and therefore camber was never right. Im assuing the last set of tyres wore oddly; hence you dont want to do the same again. Therefore you just want to pop down a proper laser alignment shop and get it done; some MOT places do it. However, if it was done correctly in the first place, then something has gone wrong. Would've thought that balljoint should not affect the camber; Id assume the camber adjustment sorts that, along with an pivots within that movement, so that does include wishbone joints, top mounts etc - any of those gone and one side might sag. Needs to go up on a lift and everything yanked on to look for unwanted play - go see an expert.
chazrad 0 Posted July 21, 2009 Take it to a tyre fitter with laser alignment. They'll know how to adjust it and set it up properly. They'll also tell you if anything is amiss re ball joints etc. £70 well spent, versus £150-£200 for new tyres!
