Banana Man 0 Posted February 11, 2003 To be honest scott there is going to be minimal difference between the NGK's and the bosch plugs. NGK's are the original equipment plugs used on the VR's out of the factory thats all, the BKR5EKUP's are platinum plugs which are recomended for the VR's as they have a better heat tolerance and will probably give a slightly better spark which means a little more power but they are quite expensive I think without looking I wouldn't be able to tell you the prices but the NGK platinums are likely to cost at least double what you pay for normal BKR5EKU's.
