Bruno 4 Posted November 7, 2009 As it says. Mines hit the dreaded cranking but not firing point. Lovely day, sunny, so I suppose the car thought - it was time to throw a new fit. Arent they great to own? Anyway. Does one have to remove the front valance, rads, etc to get to the darn thing, or can one jack it high poke around, and without any special wizardry or elasticit powers, actually find the darn thing, remove and replace? Toad 0 Posted November 7, 2009 It's not horrendous to do if you can get the allen key bolt out easily. They often corrode badly. The crank sensor is on the front of the block near the oil cooler, you should be able to reach it with the front of the car jacked up.
