Kempy 0 Posted June 4, 2010 I briefly got the satin valver going today but It sounded quite rough but its the 1st time its run for 12months.. anyway I noticed the belt on the PS pump and the cranck isnt striaght as it should be. It pokes out more than it should on the cranck pully, If I tighten the bolts more the pully just deforms around the bolts underneath, have I used the right bolts underneath? ta
davidwort 0 Posted June 4, 2010 have you got the correct crank pulley for the correct PAS pump? do you mean the pulleys don't line up (position is not in line) or is there damage to one of the pulleys itself pics would be handy

Kempy 0 Posted June 6, 2010 Whats the method/technique to fit the PS belt to the crank? Now I wrap the belt round the PS pully and bolt up one bolt onto the crank pully, 3 holes line up fine but whatever I do the 4th bolt doesnt line up with the hole, is this right? thanks
