NewbridgeJob 0 Posted July 9, 2010 Have had an aboslute nightmare with this company and would advise anyone to steer clear. A couple of months back i used them to collect a bonnet for me as they offer what seems a great deal for car panels and wheels etc. Got collected ok but turned up about 3 days late even though i paid for 24 hour service. Thought i'd try them again to deliver some wheels to someone on here, waited in all day yesterday for the wheels to be collected....no one turned up.. So i rang the guy at Paisley Freight who only answered the phone after trying for about an hour and said that they'll definetely get picked up that day but still... no one turned up.. So today after waiting in for absolute hours and wasting time off work to wait for these p*icks to collect the wheels, i rang them and eventually spoke to someone (was given an incorrect tracking number from the guy at Paisley too i might add) and they said they turned up yesterday and no one was in!!!!!!! What an absolute lie as i was out in the garden all day waiting for them!! They've only finally just been collected after wasting what seems like my whole life of being messed about by the people at Paisley Freight. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER

craigowl 0 Posted July 10, 2010 Citylink in themselves are very good, in my regular experience, as are DHL.

too hot 0 Posted July 10, 2010 Ive used them 3 times and they have been spot on, maybe its the company they subcon out to in your area. It was actually Citylink that picked my stuff up. I`ve used them loads of times for collection, delivery of wheels tyres, interiors and assorted car parts and packages. Never had any problems, they answer e-mails quickly, never tried to phone them! They do sub contract and use Citylink most of the time Maybe you just had a bad experience. I use them all the time as they are cheap.
