A5 VRX 0 Posted January 29, 2011 I 'm posting some wheels using these couriers, i've got 4 17" wheels and tyres and the price is around £28. Now i would ring them and ask but they are shut today and tomorrow and i want to know how they would want the wheels? I've put them on a pallet, is this acceptable or do they require them seperate? Dont want them to arrive and be told i have to pay etc for the pallet or they wont take them unless they are single, Advise me please! Cheers Adam
The_Dude 0 Posted January 29, 2011 I'm think whanging them on a pallet would cost more due to the size. Normally all you need to do is tape some cardboard over the faces and rear of the wheels, so that the metal is protected, then wrap them in a bin liner or two. Odd that they are shut on a Saturday tho....
coullstar 0 Posted January 29, 2011 Used them a few times and they just subcontract to the like of Citylink. Some cardboard and bags is all you need, in fact they would probably prefer that as its easier for them to handle. They are quite quick as well. A5 VRX 0 Posted January 29, 2011 Thanks lads, so just wrap them individually then? Suppose i was jus worried about them being seperated thats all, Adam
