On the housing ladder at last

Recommended Posts

After 6 months of filling out forms, jumping through hoops and getting rather annoyed with the whole process I am now a proud owner of my own house

Picked up the keys this afternoon which now means I have the long process of transferring all bills, accounts and address details to the new house (oh I cant wait)

Oh and the important thing is it has a garage :afro: going to be hard down sizing the garage tho. Going from a garage where I can have both doors open on the car to one where its doing to be a very tight fit :(

Thanks mate, I cant wait to move in as its a brand new house too.

Where we are living now is a rather old house so is a nightmare to keep any heat in and it has terrible damp which doesn't help as every time I have a cold I get it on my chest straight away.

Also my Mortgage will be cheaper then my rent at the mo and the running costs will be hell of a lot cheaper too, so it should free up some money to get a few more goodies on the rado :D

Good to see you today Jake. House looks good. Carpet on the garage floor will help keep condensation at bay and make the C feel really pampered!
