VW_OwneR_85 2 Posted April 11, 2012 never seen one of these. same here, although if i had to make a guess, i would say its for something soft maybe plastic mudgaurds or something like that, the washer looks like its designed to dig into what ever its going into, so it should leave that imprint from what ever it came out of.
