Late 16v crossmember and VR6 crossmember compatibility?

As the title says, are these the same? I've looked in the search but can't find the answer?

Both 16v and vr6 crossmembers have the same parts number, not sure about the engine mount been same though

I would have called that the subframe. Good info but I think easypops is talking about the front crossmember that is mounted through the four holes for the front bumper.

I know the subframe differs but I'm asking about the front crossmember, the bit the front engine mount attaches to.
