Spoiler question?

At what speed does your spoiler rise? Some people say 45mph but mine only pops up at 60mph did they change it for late models? Mines a 1995vr6. :thumbleft:

Yes mate. Earlier ones went up at 45, late at 55 (ish).

Ahh that's ok then had a feeling mine was playing up. Lol. Still love watching it pop up and drop when I stop.

I do find myself using the switch quite a bit around town when people are following just to see most of them point as i come to a stop and it pops back down again lol. Pointless feature really but make me feel like im driving a supercar in my own head. Lol i love it!

I'm guessing it's set to 90kph as mine comes up a little bit before 60mph.

 

I have to confess to finding myself putting my foot down to make it come up then slowing down again! lol :)

Haha yeah i do that aswell. The joys of a working spoiler i better make the most of it as im sure it wont work at some point. Lol

Later cars were around 55mph (so yeah 90k) and earlier ones were set to 47 or so (75k maybe?)

Mine goes up at just under 60 (95 N Reg) = love it!
