richman711 10 Posted October 7, 2015 Hi guys Changing the clutch and crank seal on my 91 g60 tomorrow, I've got all new bolts from darkside developments but I'm not sure of the correct torque settings? Also the original flywheel bolts are a triple square head while the originals were 19mm hex, any one know if it really matters? Cheers Kyle
Supercharged 2 Posted October 8, 2015 Hi mate, Should be in the Bentley manual but I've not got it to hand... I would have a word with Darkside though as what they sell is for converting DMF's on TDI's back to a conventional setup...

richman711 10 Posted October 8, 2015 Thank you for the replies guys. I've torqued them all up now. Oh and I checked the bolts and other than the different drive type they are almost identical, same thread to seat length, seat size but the head it about .5mm deeper, it doesn't foul the clutch pressure plate this so all good.
