Jim Bowen 1 Posted November 7, 2015 Now corrado is back on the road. I find the gear change not as nice as it used to be. Hoping it just needs a bit of adjusting. Fitted new clutch along with the bearing, the bit the bearing slides on along with new fork etc. Also fitted new slave cylinder, had the master rebuilt and a quick shift linkage from Dave on here. Just feels a bit notchy and not too easy to get in gear. Sometimes reverse won't go in. Which end do i adjust? I played around with the quick shift as the instructions that came with it said. Its not terrible. Just not as smooth to change gear as i remember.
fla 9 Posted November 7, 2015 If you look at the gearbox end tge selector cable bolts should be pretty much in the centre of the sliding slots. I think thats the reference point. Can't remember the adjustment at the gearstick side though.
