IIRC VW obseleted them about 2 years ago :(

Yeah I heard the same! VW Heritage have them for £60 but was hoping for something less expensive! I've just sent one message but there doesn't seem to be much activity on any threads.

worth making sure the ones from Heritage are rado specific. i say that as i seem to recall somewhere saying a version of a golf one is compatible but i dont think they are

 

how bad is your current one? there was a thread on here about a cheap bike cable lubrication tool which relubes the internals. could be worth a shot

I know there are two types, even going to VW with all my car details they still got the wrong one for me. They were convinced it should have been correct, made me wonder if VW just chucked in whatever pedals they have left over

Just check the pedal end, it'll either be a hook or a ball.
