SR_Neale 10 Posted March 5, 2017 Don't know about fk stuff but if you are after a budget coilover you cant go wrong with ap which I have as do a number of other people on here do. What sort of budget you looking at?
reggiebaby 10 Posted March 5, 2017 Not sure on budget got the car in bits at the moment doing all brakes + loads of other stuff so it's spend spend spend, the only reason I ask about fk is there is a brand new set on eBay for £300.
SR_Neale 10 Posted March 5, 2017 I know how the spend spend goes. I had a budget for the work I'm doing and part of that was for a new exhaust but with all the other stuff I have found I need the exhaust is not gonna happen. I think bill gates would struggle with the running cost of a rado lol.
reggiebaby 10 Posted March 5, 2017 Yes mate I started off with a seized rear caliper now I've got no suspension or front end on the car, my wife keeps asking if that car will ever come out of the garage.
fla 9 Posted March 5, 2017 Why not remove the caliper, strip it down, refurbished and refit, checking seals are ok of course. That will save a few notes and it's quite easy ( not to mention satisfying!)

Ha ha my wife used to ask that. I think she has learnt not to ask anymore.
