pj027235 10 Posted August 23, 2017 I have done some research and have found suggestions that it is possible to adjust the injector delivery quantity from inside the metering head. Has anyone done this? I did an injector test recently and found the quantities to be slightly different, it would be nice to have them all the same. Any info would be much appreciated. The car is a 2.0l 16v with ke motronic bosch CIS.
Geeba 0 Posted August 24, 2017 Are they new injectors? I had inconsistent injector performance on one of my 8V GTI's with the same KE injection and it was the injectors... replaced them and all was good. Try swapping the feeds and see if it follows? MZpog 10 Posted August 25, 2017 MZpog, how old are your injectors? Absolutely no idea. They came off a running car but can't give any more info than that.
pj027235 10 Posted August 25, 2017 Ok, I am going to try and run a cleaner through my injectors, the spray pattern could be better....if you have done this any recommendations on what to use?

pj027235 10 Posted August 25, 2017 As the age of your injectors is unknown would you accept £15? I don't need the lines, just the injectors....

PM me. Shame you don't need a flowed head as that's taking most my room up, lol.
