p0l1wrath 10 Posted September 19, 2017 Just wondering how important is the ecu reset procedure, http://wiki.the-corrado.net/vr6_ecu_reset_procedure.html I am missing a trick by not doing this every time I disconnect my battery? Thanks
Jim Bowen 1 Posted September 19, 2017 I've given up with it, totally impractical to do it on the roads around here. I just drive the car a few times
dr_mat 0 Posted September 19, 2017 It will adapt anyway, it just takes a little more time to fully adapt. You'll find it runs really smooth after a battery disconnect, but that's it basically running a bit rich. It'll lean down to a more efficient point as it adapts. A Corrado is for life, not just for the MOT.
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted September 19, 2017 None of that made one jot of difference on my n'asp VR6 applications.

dr_mat 0 Posted September 19, 2017 It might make a small difference in mpg, but that's about it. A Corrado is for life, not just for the MOT.
