Westr 10 Posted June 7, 2020 Hi I have noticed there is a small crack in my cylinder head and I want to replace it. Only thing is I’ve noticed my engine in my Corrado is a AAA code which if I’m right is a Golf VR6 engine. Would a Corrado VR6 cylinder head mate on top of this ok? Can anyone advise me regards. 1xshaunx1 27 Posted June 7, 2020 Pretty sure you can, maybe a phone call to stealth racing to confirm. However you should be able to pick a AAA head easier and cheaper. It may also be running with the obd2 wiring, inlet manifold and throttle body.

seanl82 23 Posted June 7, 2020 Heads are exactly the same. Only difference is bore size (obviously), inlet manifold, and throttle body if OBD2 from a MK3. The performance gains are mostly in the inlet manifold and management.
1xshaunx1 27 Posted June 7, 2020 And you can get a nice new throttle body for the AAA/Obd2 if you need one.
