  1. Anyone seen these one a slammed red C before?
  2. Alrite lads, im after some ideas for what wheels (17"s) work well on the Red Corrados (lowered) Im thinking about a really fat 5 spoke design, simular to the Audi TT ones but could do with seeing a design like this on a lowered Red C already Over and out.
  3. Hi, i have an alarm fitted to my C that is being removed soon and replaced with a CAT 2 Toad imob. However for now, i would like to de-arm the alarm because it keeps going off and disarming itself when it feels like it - v. annoying !! Ive tried all the fuses and none of them work the alarm, there is no clear wire to the battery and im not risking snipping any more wires behind my dash! Any ideas.............. ? Ta C

When i got the corrado it had some crappy knackered speakers in the door cards (4" speakers) i removed them as they didnt have the grilles and looked crap Take a look at the photos below - what am i missing? On my Golf it had speaker doors on the door cards with a grille on them, is this the same on the Corrado? The photos below shows you what im missing What bits do i need? ta

  6. Lads im ganna be lowering the Rado all being well on a Vipertech Drop Shox lowering kit My mate had a set of 80mm on his mk2 and it sat real low but that was a golf.. What do you reckon on the Rado, 55mm or 80mm ? I just measured quickly and 80mm should hang over my 15"s :) ta C
  7. Cheers-- isnt the mk2 16v basically the same as the Rado anyway ? Would i be missing much if i got hold of a mk2 16v manual and used that C

  9. I noticed how the temp. of my water and oil went up quite a bit yesturday when i was stuck in traffic in town, plus the weather was pretty hot. water went up to near 100c and oil was 102c but once out on the open road they came right back down again 8) i wouldnt worry about it C
  10. Alrite-- im starting to clean the engine bay on my Rado, just interested to see those bays of you who have got yours pretty sweet.. just started doing the basic stuff like the head and the cam cover.. C
  11. Cheers mate-- yeh i was on about stuff like ARBs + Strut braces Think the first step is a set of Eagle F1s 8) Im running 15"s atm and sticking with them for now ! C
  12. Lads, just interested to see what mods you see fit for the C to improve handling - without lowering it or touching the suspension at all Happy with how it drives and handles as standard to be honest, will be fitting set of Eagle F1s all round soon for better grip cheers C
  13. Id go for the 1.8 16V or the G60 .. Try to ignore the 2.0 models C

  17. Lmao !! Cant really drive the Honda's on the road properly anyhow, constantly down changing to get in the power band is crap and annoying and dosnt feel fast C :-P

Alrite, i have been reading through some of the old posts with regards to fitting an aftermarket air filter/induction kit to the 1.8 16V - there seems to be mixed replies as to whether or not there is one available ?? My mate dosnt reckon there is an aftermarket induction kit available for the 1.8 16v but a couple of posts on here say there is Anyone able to confirm ? cheers, C :D
