i had them tinted in light black but before mot i rubbed them off,but now i will do them in dark black like the above picture as it really suits my colour,i might tint the windows with a light smoke to colour code the whole car,it would look sweet. Im looking to do the tinting myself,has any1 got any tips on how to tint windows, i tryed it once and got stucked with the rear window which i couldnt fit preoperly due to the curvy surface of it,i dont know if using a hot hair dryer would help>

yea that blue corrado is a 16vg60 and has 360hp,it belongs to JD engenieering in holland. For my car as it is original to the colour of the pic its what I will do, looks very nice .

I think they completley 2 different cars. C Vr6 is a muscly distinctive car with loads of presonality and tough looks :twisted: ,subaru on the other hand is softer,not very original in looks but it aint bad. Impreza is more tunable and has better handling than hte Vr i would imagine, and lighter,better performer overall but still it would never be a Corrado or VR6. Up to the preson driving it i guess. Cars which i would change my C would probably be s3,skyline r34, 911 or a diablo 8) but i would still keep the C :D how can i ever cheat on her .

you mean using an air to water intercooler. Well they are worth about 1.5k each and with as much little space you get on a VR it would be really expensive to design and fit one,would work really well as the piping would be shorter,but than you gotta hava water deposit so it all comes back to the dilema,you got to spend 4 or 5k for charger plus piping valves and stuff than another 1.5 tp 2k for intecooler. You will get about 300-330hp i asume with this set up but at the end of the day you just spend more or less £7k,plus i dont think VR can handle more than 300-330hp with stock pistons, rods and stuff but im sure if you got the cash anything is possible :twisted: -

hmm looks very nice and very clean,i think would look better with the other lights on and only with the flushed lisence plate. i really love that blue G60 from JD Engenieering not the 16vg60 but the blue g60,that front bumper looks nice and looks very similar to my G60 ,oh yea it pumps around 300hp

hmm i think iv changed my mind in the last week,i cant find a car to replace my G60 so i think im keeping it. By the way my car had a full respray and that is not the original blue shade,this one is slightly darker less purple and more pearlesent.

hm but they tend to be expensive,they quoted me £200 but i might be able to get 1 for £10 if all mk2 and g60 have the same fuse box,but for some reason i dont think is hte fuse box as only heats when wipers fooglights and heaters are working all at once

You wont find 1 from VW in southgate mate,try and check autotrader website as there is a few G60 there,you will see my G60 there for sale aswell :cry:

g60 for me,much tunable than VR and cheaper. Im in north London baz enfield,you can have a ride in my G60 without boost but in a week she'll be pumping hopefully 16psi 8)

I have replaced 2 relay fuses in about 1 year,its fuse number 53 which controls the wipers, blowing fan and fog lights. Has any1 had this problem,i think it comes from the wiper as when they on the fuse heats,could this be the wiper motor or should i look for something else?the relay fuse heats up till it melts,really anoying sometimes :mad:

lots of work is involved if you looking to get more than 250hp. basically you are changing its behaviour from a normally aspired to a boosted engine. I suppose there wont be a huge deal of work if you only push about 5-7 psi but even with that you gotta change outlet manifold,your exhaust system,plus all your turbo stuff like intercooler BOV and all that,i dont know how the fuel system on a 16v will cope with boost. Personally i wouldnt go 16vT,now you can push as much as 450hp from it with the right budged but if you short on money and want about 240-250 G60 would be your best way as with lot less money you can achive that power than you can on the 16v.

First that volvo inteercooler is huge and I dont know how im gonna fit it,second is that i havent heard good things about it,its core isnt very efficient and has bigger pressure loss than other types ie 944. Just being huge dosent mean that its good,is good to a certain point. Plus its end tanks are plastic which comes back to the orginal g60 ic dilemma. I know they really cheap but i dont wanna put somethig there that will casue porblems or wont perform well. With my new RS1 charger i wanna push some decent poneys so im thinking 944 ic or soemthing in that league as 944 intercooelr is said to be good for 400hp,still better than the custom ic which they quoted me £320 :mad: but we will see...

hm i dont think they as easy to find as the 944 IC,which core is more efficent the 944 or rs2?

what IC is that?looks nice :) , I just measured it on my car and i think I have enough space to fit it,remember the 944 is only 140mm thick and with the Rs bumper there is enought space for it,just cant figure out how ill do the pluming :shock:

yea,the 944 measures 600mm by 140mm by 140mm with 51mm inlet and outlet tubes. Exited that i found 1 and that im not selling my G :D :D
