    VR6 Fuel Tank

Happy to pay for courier fees or can pick up if in West Wales. Need one ASAP.
  2. Do you still have this? And would you be able to send it with a courier?
  3. Haha I bet plenty of people on here will knit pick any of the fixes they do, especially the stuff that's Sticky on the forum. I really love watching the show and I definitely won't miss this episode!
  4. Decided to clean the contacts in the headlamp plug and hey presto! Driver sidelight is working!
  5. As stated, the front driver sidelight is not working (passenger side fine). All wiring in the bay is fine, bulb is fine, connectors on the lamp are good and all fuses are good. Could the Headlight switch have developed a fault for just one light? Does it just pop out?
  6. I'm surprised no one called this out, but it turns out the socket and wires in my pics are actually of the high beam bulb. So these were missing as well as the sidelights, which I have now realised are just underneath the headlight bulb in the larger compartment of the headlamp. In case anyone else sees these sidelight bulb holders, they don't fit the Corrado: https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/corrado/533941669/side-light-bulb-holder-74/?crumbStartPage=1&crumbStartRow=1 I've let VW Heritage know (in their defense the Corrado isn't actually listed in the product info, but its still in the Corrado directory of the site. Anyway, now my passenger side side light is working, but for some reason the driver's side is not.
  7. That is the correct part number for the ignition switch. I've just done mine with the one off VW Heritage (https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/corrado/6N0905865/ignition-switch-mk2-golf-corrado-t4-90-03/?crumbStartPage=1&crumbStartRow=1) and works great! (PIA to do the job mind!)
  8. Do you still have the abs light? If so, is it in good working order? I'm after 535 919 235 AA (displayed on the plastic case).
  9. @sankysvr6 cheers for that! Well I'm positive I'm at least missing the part I linked, but from the diagram you linked it looks like there's an unlabeled bit that I might not have. I'll see how things fit together when the bits and the bulbs arrive.
  10. Do I need 1 of these (for each side)? https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/corrado/533941669/side-light-bulb-holder-74/?crumbStartPage=1&crumbStartRow=1
  11. Yes, I did mention that. That's (hopefully) not an issue though. I just need to know if I need to source another part before I can fit new sidelight bulbs.
  12. I fitted an uprated wiring loom a while ago. The C now needs an MOT and I was checking everything over, until I realised I wasn't getting side lights at all. I checked everything and disconnected the dim dip resistor, only to eventually find out that both lamps are missing the flipping side light bulbs! Why would someone remove them? (Rears work fine btw). Anyway, I've attached 2 pics and was hoping that someone could tell me if I'm only missing the bulbs, or if there is something else missing?
  13. Is the lower pictured engine cover still available?
  14. By jack kit do you mean the jack that came with the car?
  15. I'm after the seat release handle and surround. Can you help?
  16. Do you have the handle and surround off the seat lever that releases the seat to tilt forwards?
  17. Turned out the battery was only running 10v. Charged her up and she starts again!
  18. I've tried giving the starter a whack, all fuses and relays are well seated. Is there anything I can do to check that it is the starter not working?
  19. I moved my VR into the garage for the Winter period to do work on her, early December. She had no trouble starting cold or warm prior to that. After a couple weeks I ran the air con for about 20 minutes to get rid of moisture, but without starting her up. A day later I went to start her and while lights, air, electrics all worked she wouldn't turn over at all. Low and behold the next day she did first time, so I let her run for a few minutes. About 1 week ago I tried starting her again and once more, all electrics work, but she won't turn over. Fuel pump can be heard priming and a click comes from somewhere. I've replaced the ignition switch and all the plugs and still the same situation. Battery is fairly new, plenty of fuel. I'm assuming the next thing would be the Starter motor or the starter solenoid. Anything I can do to confirm this/is this the likely culprit? Starter hasn't been changed before by the looks of it and she has done 122k. Thanks!
  20. I need both plastic pieces that make up the handle itself and the surround. I only have the mechnical metal handle left on the seat:
