  1. how did you fix the mpg reading then?
  2. glue wont be strong enought to hold you coolant pipes mate trust me! best bet is get some straight copper couplers from b&q . push them half into the pipes leading to the matrix and clamp them down with jubilee clips then run the flexi piece you got to each end and also clamp them with jubliee clips.
  3. i used copper fittings from the plumbing section at b and q lol. You may need to use pipe benders or solder up two 90 degree bends so you can get that u bend. Take a trip down there and see what they have
  4. i think they all look poop, nothing comes close to what the corrado is as it left the factory
  5. the only way i could think of getting both to work is to take a control unit from another car and adapt it to work with the corrado wiring. something like a mk3 golf would probably work?
  6. you can link them together, ive done it as a temporary fix as my heater matrix leaked in my valver. dont block them though as coolant wont circualte

  10. my last corrado had manual windows now ive got the g60 im just wondering how they are meant to work. I know they have a "one touch operation" this works nicely on the driver side window but i can only get the passenger side window to go down with the one touch. i have to hold the button to get it all the way back up. ( this is all using the switches ont he drivers door - not tried the passenger switch) Also some times when i press the switch nothing happens until the 2nd or 3rd press. And the last thing i want to ask is can both windows be opened/closed at the same time? as mine cant

  12. got mine off ebay for 140, were set for left hand drive but it was i piece of pish to change to right hand drive. i know what a diode is lol i was just getting confused when i heard talks of relays n stuff. What rating diode would i need?
  13. not sure if this is of any help or applies to g60s but on my valver i had a stray brown wire that ran in the loom on the drivers side wing, this used to randomly touch the body (wasnt visible) and caused my fan to stay on once i turned the car off. May be worth having a check on yours. heres my original post about it viewtopic.php?f=1&t=49733

  15. mine ran on for 20 mins today, on my valver it would vary from 1 min to about 15
  16. personally mate i think it would look pants, I would either uprate the loom (which works pretty well) or fit hids into the headlamp. Ive got angel eye inpro headlamps which are bright enough.

  18. yea im basically on the other side of the tram lines. I kno the corsa, never seen nothing like it! had 20 inch wheels on it if i remember correctly and was only a 1.2 lol. next time your in the area let me know
  19. i kno the chap who owns this, im only 5 mins away from him. i think its ok - not my kinda car though but can appreciate the work gone into it. The quality of the paint job is flawless.as for the ride height im pretty sure its on air although i could be mistaken
  20. i had the same problem with mine, normal dipped beam is very good but when flicked over to main beam it focuses light to the centre of the road in front of you. a bit odd really, i have no idea how to sort it. Ive got the fogs and indicators to match and they are very good

  22. lil update, my charger oil feed was split so i got rueben at tuning werks to order me up a new one, i have part numbers for the feed and washers if anyone wants them random engine shot i swapped the rear in pro lights from my red valver and fitted the angel eyes and clear fogs up front, i think they look pretty good against the black. I also had to strip the lights down to change the beam pattern from left hand drive to right hand drive. Whilst i was there i turned the angel eye rings 180 degrees so that the bulbs are at the top. Painted up my eyebrow grille which sits nicely over this...
  23. just want some opinions about work carried out on superchargers as mine is going to need a rebuild soon. I know to steer clear of jabbasport lol. Anyone know of any rebuilders in london? as ideally i dont want the car off the road for too long as its my daily.
  24. erm the only other thing i can think of is to get a cable from the battery positive and touch it to where the red/black is on the starter.So you will be bypassing the switch in a way.
  25. im not too sure, im assuming its a 60 mm drop, its at exactly the same height as my valver on coilovers. Its a gmax suspension kit - very good for cornering believe me! But at the same time it doesnt bang or crash around like the coilies
