bushes make the ride any firmer or not ? I'm allready running Eibach spring's and dont really want it any firmer :) Can anyone who's got them fitted tell me waht they think of them Cheers Jason :wink:

I've been in touch with Venom and they say that they have tried to fit some loweing cap's along with Eibach spring's and they don't fit properly(something to do with the thickness of the spring coil's)...So now i don't know what to do obviously i dont want to spend £25 on them if they don't fit :roll:

I wasn't 100% sure weather you would be able to refit it in situe obviously not :cry:

I've just fitted them to my VR6 and it also sit's slightly higher at the front (i would imagine it would be even worse on a 4 pot engine C due to the weight) I'm planning on getting some lowering cap's to sort mine out :wink:

I've now realised i need the larger spring cap's to go with my spring's but instead of buying standard cap's will the lowering spring cap's that you can buy be large enough to fit the top's of my Eibach's :roll:

Cheers !! Looks like i'll have to strip it back down again then :cry: I just hope it will last a couple more trips to the girlfriend's in manchester before i get chance to sort it out :wink:

Are gsf bushes anygood or should i just buy some from the main dealer? Also what sort of job to fit them ? Cheers jason

Thank's for the link Andy :) ok just to update this so everyone knows the score... aparently the change was in 1994 on the corrado front suspension and most spring suppliers only provide for the pre 1994 cars. part number for the larger spring plate is 1H0 412 341 and is about £10 The part number on mine is 357 412 341A does this mean mine already has the larger spring plate's on even though it's a 93 model.

I've just fitted some eibach sring's to my 93 VR6 and the top cup's seem to small. The part number's are 357412 341A are these correct for eibach spring's or are there some larger one's? any help would be appreciated Cheers Jason

OOP'S iv'e just bought some Eibach's for my VR but it has got Aircon so it might be okay :)
