Hopefully get my car back some time this week??? Then probably bombard u guys with MORE questions as things starts to go wrong - eeeek! ;) -
Very true, Hasan! I been driving for over 20years and only recently realised the clutch fluid = brake fluid!
-
If u do get all the bits / trims / lights remove to re-spray... ...then make sure anything that can leak is waterproof when putting them back in! My other car had everything off to respray. But when the body shop put the original seals/gaskets back in for rear lights - they leaked! As the seals/gaskets were over 26years old, they no longer watertight once removed and put back on :( :( :(
-
Might have to give u guys a call too - as i may lose my garage there will be no more classic insurance and might have to sell the Corrado :(

What????!!!! Is this not the S&M forum?!!! Ooops! Wrong forum... Lol Have PM!

But its been 2 weeks now, Am I supposed to received some sort of acknowledgement that my donation have been received or accepted? Thanks Wayne

I love the magic roundabout! Next time your passing through give a shout! Kettle can be on! Lol I used to be a National Lottery machine installer. That Magic Roundabout was on my patch - nightmare to get on, nightmare to get off - and for those new to it, they can never leave the damn thing! :) :) :) Cool Earl Grey?
-
Hi Sanky Yes - AFTER fixing the fogs, I been told all I need was a new H3 bulb which CAME with the bulb holder (and it was the bulb holder corroded that I was trying to fix)!!! :( Only TWO months I been thinking how to fix it ... Tried several times failed... My DIY skills/mentality never ceases to impress even myself - eeeek!
-
Yes I agreed - per job is cheaper! Thanks Not been to the Magic Roundabout for a long time .... ;)
-
Chuggs u got a better garage than me then! Unless my garage decided not to do it so as not to add on top of the £1000 bill already - eeeeeek! How much per hour is your garage if u don't mind me asking (or is per job)?
-
Update from garage: 1. Radiator not fit - They went for EIS last time - Now they ordering from HELLA - yay! (thanks Seanl82 :)) 2. Changed brake fluid - Garage have bled clutch - but NOT ABS Pump NOR Brake Master Cylinder! - have told them to bleed the above two now (thanks to Seanl82 again ;)) Garage bill going to topple £1,000 now isn't it? :(
