Recommend 17cm components for my new Audioscape Pods

Well, I'm a Focal fan, but Rainbow (German) are pretty impressive too. Might be worth checking them out. Focals start at about £139.99 and Rainbow start at around £150, and to be fair I've heard both entry level speakers and the Rainbow are I think better. Focal's range go up to around £560 for a set currently and Rainbow range goes up to around £4000 IIRC. Depending on budget, but for £150 the Rainbows would be my choice! (P.S. I'm not biased cos I've got Focal in mine!) -
That's proper sh1t....absolutely gutted for you dude. Fookin pikey b@stards  Had some audio equipment nicked from a previous car of mine, and luckily the pikey scum left some blood on the door lock, so the police got him. The car is pretty non-standard, so it wouldn't be too hard to miss. No need dude...I'm sure everyone on here will keep there eyes peeled for it

bcstudent, Familiar with C/C++ and Simulink/Targetlink autocoding stuff dinkus, Assembler is a very low level way of doing it, I'd probably be aiming towards a higher level language, as above, but I'll have a look at mega squirt stuff, just out of interest!

Anyone had any experience with these? I've been offered KW varient 1 kit for £663....any good?

Mostly experienced with the software side of things, as part of my job. Need to get a good grounding in harware I think! Calibration tool and new engine management strategy might be on the cards?

Just found this....might be of interest to some other people too!! Wiring diagrams for 93 corrado...american SLC though - don't know how different it is? Will the gauge cluster be different to a 2.0l 16v?
-
Cheers jedi-knight83, I'll give them a call....don't suppose you know their number do you?

Sherry/Bordeaux pearl I would say....8) Still its a nice colour vvvv

Right I need the pin layout/ colour coding for the wires that go to the clocks. IIRC the speed pulse for the spoiler comes from the dial cluster? I've tested my spoiler control module and that works fine, so the problem must originate from the cluster?

Anyone know of any places in the Cambridge area that do laser alignment to setup track/camber and toe? I need to fit some spring caps on the front to drop it 10mm and need someone locally to set it up..... :?

1) Fitted Borbet A's - they caught like a b1tch scrubbed one tyre quite badly, so took them off again, and now waiting for an arch rolling tool!!! 2) Replaced drivers side door latch bit as supplied by daves16v

Is plastic welding the sort of thing you can do yourself? And if so, what do I need to do it? Obviously a plastic welder but where do I get one and how much are they? Anything else I'd need? The line along the top of the bumper, can that just be sanded out?

Start my final year of a BSC Hons Degree in Software Enginerring in September, and I'm trying to come up with an idea for my final year project! I want to do something with engine management as that's what I'm currently doing as a placement student at a company called PI technology (part of PI group, who are Pectel, PI research, PI logger etc.) Thinking of doing a new management system! Anyone got any suggestions?

Seat Leon Cupra......when I graduate!! (Still keep the Corrado though...8))
-
I want to have a go at this myself, so how do I go about smothing the line that runs along the top edge of the bumpers? Just filler and a lot of sanding? If I want to relocate the front reg plate, to smooth out the recess, do I use fibre glass then filler, or just filler? Not done anything like this, and thought I should give it a whirl, as both bumpers need spraying anyway (scuffs and stone chips!) Any advice is much appreciated.... :)
