drove down to reading and met asim, MOONLIGHTVR, and bought hes bbs rc wheels, top bloke, he even put them on for me!! i had a big smile on my face driving up the m40 even if it was pissing down. :D :D

was told earlier that the tyres supplied with these alloys will be 215/40/17, am i right in saying they will rub as i have the car lowered 40mm. :?

yeh most def 8x17s dont fancy rolling arches or tyres rubbing, just waiting for stevemac to say he can get a huge discount???? :D

replaced my front discs and pads with the zimmerman / pagid fr set up, and managed not to cut my hands, :D

i have 288s on the front and standard on the rear, so do i need a set for a golf vr6? or will the corrado ones fit the 288s? just want to make sure before i buy them, :?

trully stunning car lee, been sat on the bog for 45mins reading about your car, only read it 3 times. the missus wanted to now if i had died on the throne?? so much inspiration, but no money. :(

looking very nice there mate, and they do look better in a corrado than a hair dressers car. may have a look on the tt forum, i do like the baseball TT leathers. :D

yeh the vr6 has a drink problem, but show me a petrol 2.9 v6 that will do 50mpg??? and ive had mine for 16 months and only the water pump has let me down. i may be lucky, ( touch wood ) on the major plus side its a bloody lovely car that still turns heads, so go and find one :D
