yeh i replaced all of them at the same time, :( really dont need expense at the moment

i do hope its not though. over the last 2 days when i change from 1st to 2nd, and 2nd to 3rd. its feels like i have just gone down a pot hole, the whole car jerks?? i have new engine mounts on the car. and nothing appears to be loose, also it doesnt always happen only about 50% of the time, any ideas?? :(

do you think this conversion would enhance the cars value? or would it put people of buying the car. personally i would say it would make any corrado with this conversion worth a lot more, but what do you guys think??

yeh it does sound like the heater matrix 2 me, first of all just bypas it, a piece of piping will do the trick, (unplug the 2 pipes in the engine bay and join together), if this stops the loss of fluid then yeh your matrix is f****d, but it will only cost you £35 plus about an entire day to do. :wink:

ok, whats wrong here then? went out in the car.got back home, turned the lights off. but they stayed on full beam, also the heater motor was working but the keys were not in the ignition, pressed in the headlight switch all the way, then the heater motor stopped. only when i turned the alarm on, the lights go off, i hate electrics :?

ive done this twice now, the first time it took me about 8 hours to do, but i did have a hangover and it was pissing down, the second time ( on another rado ) it took just over 3 hours. and theres no way i can see you could do it with the dash in place. :wink:

froze my tits off while i took my bbs rc's off for winter, and put the mk4 v6 alloys on, god my car looks pants now, :(

well i would go for the bm mate, but not the 850, go for the 840ci with the 4.4 v8, its got the same performance levels. but better petrol consumption, and its gonna be easier to get parts for, if a bmw v12 has an engine problem it will cost you mega bucks, good choice of cars though. 8)

i will see if your right then jim, as ive talked myself into doing another matrix in a couple of weeks, but at least this time, i will be getting paid for doing it, :?

2 and a half hours to do a heater matrix?? do they have superman working at stealth.. it took me nearly 9 hours to do mine, but got no annoying sounds coming from the dash now. :D

my dad had a lotus cortina, but when my mom was expecting me, he had to sell it, and he still mentions it.. i some times think he loved that car more than me??

gonna get some new rims next year, due to a life insurance pay-out, so what are the money no object rims, just want to see what everyone thinks as a guideline for them, and please, no tsw venoms, or 3 spokes please, :wink:

yeh one thing about that street racing place, is that they never carry stock, but if i remember right, they do get the stock in within a week, so not that bad, :D

got this really annoying squeek coming from the drivers side of my vr, go down the road all i can hear is squeek squeek, (not very technical description) all the mounts are done up tight, have jacked up the car and nothing is lose, no play in top mounts, callipers are all tourqed up as they shoul be, what the hell could it be, im going nuts. :x
