I just got mine done this week. Got it back today! I sent mine down to Jabba for a stage 4 ...cost £499 Got a68mm pulley and sns chip from pitstop developments...and a smaller belt from dubcharged on these forums. O..also fitted a 3.5bar FPR I reckon your best bet are send it down to jabba but dont use their chips..or send to Pitstop....very helpful they are. And cheaper than Jabba...probably get it done quicker as well. YOu are right in thinking bedrocks send to Jabba...so do Star performance in Glenrothes. I took mine to my local garage and they removed sent and refitted everything.

I just called garage and the charger is back from Jabba..sns chip pulley etc are to hand...but more importantly, they have a nice new FPR for me :D Should be fitting it this afternoon/tomorrow so get C back tomorrow night, fingers crossed

I phoned a couple of places in Scotland and they phoned me back saying they could get one from germany in 3 days roughly. My garage here seems adamant they will have one tomorrow or saturday fingers crossed :/

any bosch dealer should be able to get them...3 day delivery from germany..they are a porsche 944 part

Gonna have to wait till I get my charger back...phoned Jabba this mornin and it likely to be next week now. They said the charger was in fine shape tho...and that was with 104,000 on it :shock: I'll let you know when its all sorted tho....I was hoping it would be this weekend tho :cry:

I got mine done. They are special ones for the G60...not the same as MK2 Gti's....which I had done about a month ago before selling to get G60 :/ Costs nearer 100

yeah looks great...dunno why but car seem to me to be bigger like a touring car sorta look, maybe the front bumper does it. made me jealous anyway You KNOW it is fast ;) I want a dangerous car too

Mileage will have the most effect as age is only gona differ from g to k plate I dont quite get what you mean but obviously a 10+ year old powerful car is gonna have a lot of wear 173 bhp? with no mods?

yeah 91's get away without cat I got my C with powerflow system and full mot 2 days before I got it...have mot details etc and full emission pass stuff So I am happy with a concave bonnet and no cat :)

Arrrgh...decisions: OK on Monday I can get it sent to Jabba for a stage 4 costing 500 quid or sent to Pitstop for R1 costing 460 I am tempted to go with Pitstop now. They were helpful on the phone to etc.. Anyone here have a R1 rebuild?

I have a Full Powerflo custom exhuast (decat ) and a Green Induction Kit Getting the Oil feed pipe replaced/checked and oher hoses :) Just got new discs and pads fitted last week altho they are standard ones.. the C has pretty good brakes tho :)

I am just sending it to Jabba and getting it fitted up here. Hence not using their chip/pulley

Working away for a few days next week so have booked in at garage to get work done :) Getting: Jabba Rebuilt Stage 4 SNS Stage 5 Chip 68mm Aluminium Pulley 3.5 bar FPR Just hope Jabba dont tell me my Charger is to knackered to rebuild :/ Should be fine tho as its giving plenty of boost at the moment and I dont intend driving car much if at all before then. Roll on next Friday...mind you will have to wait 400 odd miles before I can blow away Roddy, er I mean try it out properly ;)

Did you modify your existing FPR or get a new one? ANy complications when you changed over with new FPR or was it pretty much fit it and away you go?

I had a good long chat with him about it on MSN. Definitely seems the way to go. Just have to find a bosch supplier for the FPR now.

Reckon this is the way to go instead of jabba's? Save near 100 quid to and hear they overcome lag
