i converted mine the other week . i didnt know untill mine failed its mot!!! Luckly I work with the guys at eurostyling who came to my aid with the above manual , its not a bad job just fiddly!

I work for an internet based car performance parts shop and we have no ends of problems with couriers ...... sometimes quicker to use carrier pidgeons . And City Link are ...well.... idiots to put it nicely

Thanks , a little take on Jadey (not many call me Jade anymore!) And as for the plate you may find it hard , the DVLA told me they were not producing anymore as people were trying to return them once they realised what the 666 stood for :evil: Dont know how true this is When I got mine I had to agree to terms that I knew what it ment and I couldnt return it . :roll: -

yeah :lol: a previous owner thing..... iv kinda got used to em though :roll: and the best bit is the only thing i have hit on my C is the rear bumper !! ha ha ! (and yes with them on ) ....blimey got some ribbing over that one ! -

yeah it wasnt cheap .... 20 odd quid for the heater hose .... i try not to look . :cry: Thing is they know where to make their money .You have to have hoses! I got a quote for the rad hoses as thought I would change them while doing the heater one ..... 70 odd quid all together !!! Luckly got them both for about £ 15 from my dad :wink:

i just had to get a hose ....vw only, robbery! ...and then i had to wait 10 days for it , because it was on back order . Copper piping is such a good product to bodge with :lol:

sounds like my one ! Me and my dad and the b/f work in car parts ...so do my best not to dial that evil stealership number . It makes me laugh when you go in and say Corrado and they look at you like you just said an alien word. 'yes you did actually make them , dumbass ' Just a shame so much is VAG only now :cry:
