What are the Most Desirable Corrado Colours
Dazz_G60_Wales replied to Madjackal's topic in General Car Chat
Seems to be a serious dislike of the Nugget Yellow. Always been the case but I think it looks a great colour polished up. Again slightly biased !! -
Hi all Been having a fueling issue with the car and not sure how to proceed any help or advice would be appreciated. My g60 seems to run a little flat/lean when driving off the charger, like its holding back. On the charger it pulls lovely. It has a 70mm pully and a performance chip made by an old company now out of buisness. Buggered if I can remember the name,it is on the chip but dont want to pull it out at the mo,think it just removes the flat spot early in the revs. Also once or twice lately when cold it has dipped right down to low revs and had to de clutch and rev to get it back up followed when warmer by a little missing ? Is it poss fuel pump, fuel pressure reg or fuel filter. Any ideas ?

Good Salesman & Good Buyer Thread
Dazz_G60_Wales replied to VR6's topic in Site Comments and Questions
Andy Veedubbed has done everything possible to supply Me with nearly every part I have asked Him for. Has just found me an alternator guard(looking for over 2 years),these are like rocking horse **** to find and a absolute must if you are trying to get the car back in original standard. He did not have one but sorted a deal with a friend to get it. I cant say enough about this Guy except I wish He was in the Uk so I could get Him bladdered LoL. Cheers M8 you have been a great help and friend. Recommend to anyone who needs parts at a fair price and great service. -
Have to love it enough that the pain and despair of ownership simply goes away. Spent a small fortune on mine but no other car has given Me the same feeling as when I first seen the spoiler go up when trundling behind one in my Astra GTE mk2 back in 1993 :@)

Looking for an alternator belt guard. Condition not important as long as not cracked at mounting point. Cheers

Big up to Chris Fuzzer and Andy Veedubbed. The only two Sellers who have supplied virtually everything I have needed to keep my Raddo on the road and in great shape. Keep up the good work fellas and thank you. -
Rado_tdi (name ?) Is there any way of getting the connectors out of the rear of the mirror mech or would you have to cut the wires ? I tried putting power to mine today and it moved left and right but not up and down it just clicked ?
-
Cheers Fella Looks like thats the way to go for Me then. Will check those extra connections on the weekend to see if they are corroded
-
Thanks Rado_tdi Any help or pics would be great. I will pop my mirrors off on the weekend.
-
Think the mechanism was what I actually meant Andy. Will try your advise over the weekend and see how I get on. I have a set of mirrors coming from Chris fuzzer if I fail so as long as the mechanisms are not too much trouble to change that will be the way I go. And Andy its Dazz not Darren only my Mum calls Me Darren LoL
-
You have more parts there than I expected And. Only just started looking into this as another of the faults the car has that I forgot about. Have you ever changed the motors M8
-
Thanks but tried another switch and ran power straight to the mirrors but nothing ?
-
Hi All Does anyone know if the mirror motors can be changed without too much hassle. My mirror bodies are good but the motors I think are U/S after a long time left standing. Can I buy some working mirrors and swap the motors. Thanks for any help
-
If strimmer decides not to have them I will take then Tom
-
Oh I see. Ok will try and get it sorted sometime this week in between work.
-
Thanks for the info mystic Will give them a phone and get back to all. Dude I think doing it yourself seems to be a no no. It has to be high heat resistant paint and the only stuff that comes close is non reflective aluminium. I wonder if we get a group together they would take it on as a larger job ?
-
I will go back to buying the complete light if its really good M8
-
Hi And If you could that would be a great help. I am struggling now as Mot end of March and my existing light wont cut it. Removed cover to put your lens on but it was worse behind than I thought !! Cant find the good salesman thread yet but as soon as I will add you :)
