Hi all just wondered if someone can point me in the right direction, I have been given a set of electric recaros from a corrado and want to fit them in my VR. The question is how do i go about connecting up the seats so they work electrically??? I'm not the best with electrics so if someone can give me some sort of wiring diagram i can follow that would be great. Cheers, Imran

Hi all, well yesterday i got my mot, flew through it. So i gave the car a good clean polish etc. I had left some cloths in the car in the boot right under the lock and after washing it i noticed they were a little damp. I took the rear lights off gave the seals a clean etc. Its been lashing it down here and i left a cloth in the same place and again its a little damp. Checked the window seal all seems fine just wondered if it could be coming through where the rear plinth is. Could someone tell me how to get this off so i can check behind it. Or any other places it could be coming from. I felt around behind the badges and its all dry there. So a bit confused. Cheers, Imran

Picked the sunroof up of some old geezer who was breaking the car, he turned up in a nice vr6 passat estate. I'll have a word with a mate and see if he can give us a hand fitting this I am unsure though I might sell it, If I do I'll give you a shout before I put it in the for sale section.

Cheers mate, The only reason I asked was that everything I have read about fitting the Passat moonroof is that at speed there can be some wind noise. Would I be able to dismantle the passat roof and use the parts for mine? Or is there a way of making the glass roof fit that little bit better by using washers or something???

Hi all I've got a sunroof question for you all, I have had a search on here but I cant seem to find the answer. Well the sunroof on the corrado broke last week. The passengers side cable thing broke. Managed to pick up a passat estate sunroof up today. The thing is I don't know if I fancy putting the glass roof into mine but I wonder if I would be able to remove the glass replace it with the panel from mine and just use the passat's sunroof frame after I give it a good grease up. If anyone can give me some assistance that would be great. Cheers in advance, Imran

Hi all, well the sunroof broke yesterday on the corrado. I can see the cable has broke on the passengers side. I have read that i have to take it all out to replace them. The thing i'm wondering is does anyone have the vw part number for the cable. Cheers for any help in advance. Imran

Would a BOSCH SILVER PLUS 096 12V HEAVY DUTY CAR BATTERY be good for my Corrado VR6. Would it fit in my battery tray? If not anyone know of a good heavy duty battery which i should buy, not too expensive. Cheers Imran
