-
bargain? daylight robbery :) AND I flogged the rubber for good money too 8)
-
is it jazz blue? kind of like a sky blue. I like that too :)
-
I fancy silver or black myself.
-
just a wee update on the raddo. probs as it will stay to be honest until it changes owner. havent got the centrecaps on yet - fighting with VW logos ;)
-
they look a bit big for std bumpers mate.
-
kev I gotta disagree - 250bhp feels a LOT faster than a C. my last 2 cars were a rover 2.0 turbo (tuned) and a fiat coupe turbo (lightly tuned) and they would both DESTROY a corrado. no ifs or buts just brutal power. Id estimate both were around 220-250bhp. there is just so much scope to tinker with a turbo car which is why I want to get one again.

ca-ching!!!!

no way... im just looking for one with the 18" rs4 wheels.. they suit it very nicely! high miles but look at this one http://www.audi-sport.net/ubbthreads/sh ... o=&fpart=1 *mod edit - pic thumbnailed - Henny* I WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
so if a remap is planned then the 210bhp would be the one to go for as it will be cheaper? any other differences?
-
insurance for me is comparable to the corrado i think. admiral didnt actually list the S3 so i put quattro turbo or something.
-
there is a fair difference between 180 and 225bhp tho ;) and if the S3 suffers from a lack of soul a remap and FMIC will soon see that sorted!!!!! Im allocating 2k on top of purchase price for mine. 1k for a set of Azev Cs and 1k for engine work :)
-
I plan to move to an S3 next summer too. the corrado is a wicked car but I need to get back into the high 200s bhp again and the C isnt going to allow me to do that cheaply or easily
-
bring the pioneer loom too so you get the rigfht end ;)
-
should be ok in STD mode - Kev I think you should try it it works VERY well :) I guess you are using NW mode in which case it may not work. on the 9400 it doesnt work in NW mode but on the P1/P99/P945 it works in both IIRC.
-
you can buy bare ISO blocks with wires hanging out. both M and F. halfords etc do them. as for the 8600 i think it did come with auto eq.
-
good job - hope you get it sorted :)
-
id be back to the guy mate - he should go halfs on the work at least. id not dream of treating a buyer like that but i guess some people have no scruples.
-
did it run ok before it ran out of petrol? and did it really run out of petrol or just clap out?
-
i went for the zimmerman drilled discs F&R, pagid FR fronts and TQ rears. £210ish all in for the lot from GSF
-
the 106 did this and it was the coil pack. melted the inside of the cat and back box tho in the process :( was only running on 2 cyl or something evil like that.
-
i wish mate!!!! DVD MP3s be cool as! The JVC DV5000 plays MP3 CDs as well as playing DVD video but cant combine the two unfortunately :( the dension can also hook into the pioneer using the RB20 thingie but you have to use the DMP3 controller to select songs etc rather than thru the HU.
-
the adapter is £80 too ;) the adapter just allows any phono inputs so Id use an ipod or something.
-
nope no pioneer http://www.dension.com/main.php?pageid= ... =42&pid=51
