  1. Red Audi 80 7a drove past me today - looked absolutely stunning - would dread to think how hard the parts are to get as Audi tradition do not ship to the UK.
  2. These are bloody rare a 9000 carlsson - bet that is a lovely car to drive if in good order. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275651255499 SPECIFICATION - SAAB 9000 TURBO CARLSSON Engine: 2,290cc, four-cyl turbocharged Transmission: 5-speed manual, front-wheel drive Power (hp): 225@5,200rpm Torque (lb ft): 246@2,000rpm MPG: 31.4 (Govt figure at 75mph) CO2: N/A First registered: 1992 Price new: £26,995 now that a lot of dosh back then . I mean if you get get this for 2.5k you would get some a great return in usage for a well built car. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175585136112
  3. Holy c..p maybe In need to go and visit my friend in Belgium and import some over to the states. https://www.classic.com/a/bring-a-trailer-auctions-JknXEWB/lots/1992-volkswagen-golf-gti-16v-pG8dbY4/
  4. I got mine from auto doc but now in my old car sold and the used one I sold . Might see if I can find pictures of the used one .
  5. This is off vw classics website- is your casing a different pattern if so fake. Also off autodoc
  6. That looks in very good condition for the age and mileage - not sure if there is something funky going on with the front sill. The club sport with the bucket seats was the one to go for but they have got very pricey from been a very good buy a few years back .
  7. Would of loved a third garage but had no chance getting that through planning otherwise I would of kept one . I have a hatch classic and a sports car classic now and also a winter grinder Quattro with the creature comforts - better balance then when I owned three classic fwd hatches - will always have a soft spot for a Rado but it’s hard to squeeze in a balanced collection . For the same money the Corrado fetched now I think my collection is better value and overall a much better classic car experience with part sourcing . I do have space for a corrado on the drive but when a car gets to 25 years plus you just cant keep it outside year after year - even if I got a cheap valver i think that car deserves to be restored and garaged- unlikely I will buy one again but you never know a bargain valver with recaro plus kamei kit may make my senses crazy- it will be on my drive ha.
  8. Thank you mate- ive been doing lots of jobs on the car in there over winter - really is a great amenity and finally a flat floor to check oil and jack car, battery tender. .
  9. Like most bushes over time they become loose and saggy so it’s time to chop it in .
  10. Here is the garage - completed it late October - just some posts and some saddle stones to put on the Columns at some point . Really glad I battled the council as I think it looks like it’s always been there - house looks less cluttered with cars hidden . 👍
  11. Sorry Shaun the parts are been collected this Saturday by Goldfinger. Cheers.
  12. Right Ive got quite a lot of corrado parts left - I just need to split the mk2 parts from the corrado parts. Im keeping my storage boxes as paid quite a lot for them. So boxes will be tipped into your van or a good sized boot . A van would be preferable for collection. Based in Sutton Coldfield. Who wants it all free . First to say on post gets it - no shipping its collection only and you take the whole lot not pick and choose. Cheers.
  13. Looks to be gone obsolete- Im pretty sure I have a complete unit in the loft - I will take a look at the condition - if you organise postage you can have it free. Sometimes the motors actually came with that little link no 2 new . Infact that motor on ebay should be the motor that came with the little link it may be in the box.
  14. Some here on this fb page . Unfortunately starts with the heading testing the water which means priced to rip off. Join some of the porsche transaxle groups and classic 911 groups on fb and ask the question there if i was you.
  15. This is a very good price for a nos genuine motor. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/314136967656?epid=646641386&hash=item492405b9e8:g:l7EAAOSwrTVjGIXr&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAA4Bf6YQ5bpq5Rt4BN4hfImTRCxusAMzn%2BAPba0lu6rnYXR8ESP%2B1P41A5Z%2FyXb%2BZlsza4CfOpiy4cKH8kEUksLKU5dE3Tg5JecplM%2BvXVSbDIaMAtkn7chXkZvznAdqVIxnHFyp28Hma2DzXNXWDQM0NcRjsK1OK3lTFMH60EXt390OmCM4S8sS%2FCyK28KcBYrWoxdaHcIFgXn5ZBJPa79y0dCllydrCIGJYTRdju8vDwPIK3MZaf318QKpUIpZSU7K%2B4S66VOuRUbozyuOmagSO1c%2FaffStMrBGruj2csg97|tkp%3ABFBM6teKv7th
  16. A shame I had the complete diagram above nos - parts I had sourced including a new genuine motor- had it on Fb cheaper then it cost me to get the bits- In the end sold it all for 200 to chap who purchased a VSR manifold, vwms gear box and a vwms steering wheel off me. Going on a storm in Lincoln way. Have you checked classics no 17 and no 2 I purchased mine about a year back. You can get the little one cheap. https://www.volkswagen-classic-parts.com/catalog/en_uk/part/535955121

  18. Here it is Dox, Expected to go near the 220k mark. For sure for that money the world is your oyster - think I would buy a Ruf 993 - or a 964 rs or turbo. https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/1998-subaru-impreza-sti-22b-5
